IDA stands for Isaac Damilare Akinyemi a.k.a dareytemy. A Product (UX/UI) Designer who is passionate about users and how they experience products, services, processes, and systems. I have experience working with 2 startups; designing experiences, creating solutions, and building products using UX Design tools and the design thinking approach. An employer once said she invited me to collaborate with her on a project because of how I work and manage design assets and components. I am looking to help product teams, businesses, brands, and startups refine and improve their user experience.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate (First Class Honours) from the University of Lagos in 2021. I am a sucker for good music and musical instruments, especially the keyboard and the guitar. I love Asa and Brymo's music because they make me appreciate my tribe, Yoruba. I am currently staying in Lagos, Nigeria.
I started as a mobile graphics designer in 2020, and helped a brand (Flawless Laundromat) with their poster and packaging designs. I then continued with Adobe Illustrator (Ai) and Adobe Photoshop (Ps) before I finally pivoted to User Experience Design in February 2021.
I currently work with Ecobank Software Center (eProcess Ngeria), a financial company providing financial services in over 33 countries. I work in the design, execution, and strategy team to deliver digital financial services, processes, products and business solutions while ensuring exceptional user experience.
